Lisa Graves has testified as an expert witness before US Congress on national security. Graves’ former leadership posts include serving as Deputy Assistant Attorney General in the Office of Legal Policy at the US Department of Justice; Deputy Chief of the Article III Judges Division of the US Courts; Chief Counsel for Nominations for the US Senate Judiciary Committee; Senior Legislative Strategist for the ACLU; and Deputy Director of the Center for National Security Studies.
